RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Heartfelt Living, every product is crafted with care and intention. That said, we only offer replacements or refunds if an item is received in a damaged condition.
Refund & Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact us at connectheartfelt@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the damaged item.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
• You must share:
o Proof of purchase
o A video of the unboxing clearly showing the damage
o Photographs of the damaged item
If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your product back.Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions
• Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
