How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards, Paytm, or through a bank transfer. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for certain orders.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We aim to offer inclusive shipping, though some exceptions may apply. Currently, we only ship within India. If you're located outside India and would like to place an order, please write to us at connectheartfelt@gmail.com.
When will I receive my order?
Once placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours via trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days in major cities and up to 8-10 working days in other areas. Please note: Heartfelt Living is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, transport strikes, or other force majeure events.
How will I know if my order has been placed?

Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately. However, exceptions may be made at Heartfelt Living’s sole discretion. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Note: Cancellations do not apply to custom orders.
